Pulse Awards

The Pulse Awards help us celebrate people at every level and every part of the company whose behaviours are making a difference - bringing service and Serco to life, and providing role models that will shape our business in the future. Through the Pulse Awards we want to recognise those individuals and teams who have shown this passion, made a positive impact and made us better at what we do.

So we are asking you to think if you know a colleague or team who through their actions have been exceptional and gone above and beyond others in living our values. If you do then please nominate them









STEP 1 - CHOOSE A CATEGORY

You will need to decide which category your nomination belongs in before you can start to create the nomination.

Trust Award - recognising people who have gone above and beyond to earn the trust of our customers.

Care Award – recognising people who, through Serco, have shown care to their colleagues, the people they serve and the communities we work in.

Innovation Award – recognising people who have brought new ways of working to Serco.

Pride Award – recognising those individuals and teams who make us proud to work for Serco.
STEP 2 - CREATE YOUR NOMINATION

Begin your nomination by clicking here or using the left hand navigation "Create Nomination".

If for any reason you are unable to access the online nomination form you can complete the ‘offline’ version which you will need to send to your divisional pulse co-ordinator once completed. You can find a word version of the nomination for by clicking here or using the left hand navigation “Documents”.

You can save your draft and come back and edit it until you are happy to submit the final copy.
STEP 3 - SUBMIT YOUR NOMINATION

Use the last step in the nomination form to submit your nomination.
ALTERNATIVES

For those who are unable to complete the form online, there are alternatives -

1. Ask your local Pulse Co-ordinator for a Word version of the form that can be completed and submitted via email to the email address for your co-ordinator (see Pulse Award Co-ordinators)

2. Ask your local Pulse Co-ordinator for the printed version of the Nomination Form, this can then be completed by hand and sent to the address for your co-ordinator (see Pulse Award Co-ordinators)
